📋 Description
• Supports or manages all aspects of the proposal process, including proposal text, budgets, quotes, and responses to RFIs/RFPs. • Manages opportunities of low to medium complexity and supports senior colleagues on more complex opportunities. • Reviews RFIs/RFPs, identifies missing information, and follows up with stakeholders as needed. • Helps resolve issues related to client requirements and organizational capabilities. • Prepares proposal documents in accordance with sponsor requirements and agreed strategy with minimal supervision. • Supports opportunity negotiations related to pricing, resources, timelines, and processes. • Ensures timely completion of assigned deliverables and escalates issues as appropriate.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a CRO, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or related environment. • Experience supporting proposal development, RFIs, and RFPs. • Knowledge of clinical research, drug development, or healthcare services. • Experience with Salesforce, proposal automation tools, or similar proposal management systems. • Strong business writing and editing skills.
