📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects with measurable business impact. • 8 years of experience with system design, architecture, and cross-functional trade-offs. • 5 years of experience driving organizational change and influencing outcomes across teams. • 2 or more years of experience leading fully remote, geographically distributed engineering teams. • 2 or more years of experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably AWS). • High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • Any equivalent combination of training, education, and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities, with a minimum of 9 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. • 2 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry or other highly regulated industries. • 2 or more years of experience with Python, TypeScript, Kotlin, or similar languages.
