📋 Description

• Support pricing strategies for clinical trial, laboratory, and healthcare service offerings • Develop pricing analyses, financial models, rate cards, and discount frameworks for RFPs, RFIs, proposals, and bid defenses • Evaluate deal scenarios to balance competitiveness, revenue growth, and profitability • Perform financial modeling, margin analysis, discount reviews, and profitability assessments • Analyze large datasets to identify pricing trends, risks, and business opportunities • Partner with Commercial, Finance, Proposal Management, Operations, and Sales teams on pricing initiatives • Provide data-driven pricing recommendations to support business decisions and strategic initiatives • Support pricing workflows, MSA reviews, governance requirements, and process improvements • Develop reports, dashboards, and key pricing metrics including margins, win rates, and discount trends • Present pricing analyses and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization • Assist with client-facing pricing materials, analyses, and proposal support • Maintain compliance with commercial policies, procedures, and governance standards • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, operational excellence, and best practices • Navigate competing priorities and ambiguity while maintaining focus on business objectives • Influence outcomes through collaboration, analytical insight, and stakeholder engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field • 5+ years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, commercial analytics, or related disciplines • Advanced Excel skills, including financial modeling, pivot tables, and data analysis • Experience working with large datasets and translating findings into actionable recommendations • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, healthcare, or laboratory services • Knowledge of RFP/RFI pricing, deal modeling, commercial strategy, and proposal development • Experience with Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or pricing management tools • Familiarity with statistical analysis and reporting tools • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively across a matrixed organization • Strong business acumen with the ability to communicate complex concepts and influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations
