📋 Description

• Coordinate and calculate annual budgets and quarterly REV adjustments for presentation to upper management • Complete Rate Case inquiry requests requiring hard-date replies and coordinate data maintenance with the Director • Provide ESG/GSP Committee data support and backup for large capital projects and purchases • Prepare ad hoc reports for the client’s Fleet capital and operations property portfolio • Maintain efficient and well-maintained Fleet data resources using varied reporting structures • Support the Director in day-to-day operational management of fleet data management • Communicate effectively with external fleet vendors • Ensure fleet property records meet regulations, environmental standards, and health and safety requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years in SAP Production ERP Global, including reporting and data maintenance across Framework Environments • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel databases • Ability to work effectively and efficiently with individuals inside and outside the company • Strong communication skills • Ability to handle multiple complex tasks with minimal supervision while adhering to policies, procedures, and client objectives • Strong computer, writing, and general mathematical skills
