📋 Description

• Drive new client acquisition through high-volume email, phone, LinkedIn, and networking outreach • Identify and qualify prospects needing recruiting or staffing support • Conduct brief discovery calls to understand hiring needs and position recruiting services • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and strong service delivery • Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline updates in the CRM • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and sales goals • Meet KPI expectations • Introduce recruiting services to companies needing hiring support

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development • Staffing/recruiting experience is a plus • Strong ability to communicate, build rapport quickly, and handle objections • Self-motivated and persistent • Comfortable with high-volume outreach • Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of prospects • Ability to meet KPI expectations and weekly/monthly outreach and sales goals
