📋 Description

• Drive new client acquisition through high-volume outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn, networking) • Identify and qualify prospects who need recruiting or staffing support • Conduct brief discovery calls to understand hiring needs and position our services • Coordinate with recruiters to ensure smooth handoff and strong service delivery • Maintain accurate outreach activity and pipeline updates in the CRM • Meet weekly and monthly outreach and sales goals

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or business development (staffing/recruiting experience is a plus) • Strong ability to communicate, build rapport quickly, and handle objections • Self-motivated, persistent, and comfortable with high-volume outreach • Organized and capable of managing a large pipeline of prospects
