LaMP works to foster multi-stakeholder partnerships that facilitate scalable and sustainable labor migration programs, responsible recruitment, and effective migration outcomes. By coordinating efforts across businesses, governments, and workers, LaMP provides technical assistance, coalition building, and evidence-based research to improve the quality and scale of labor mobility worldwide. The organization aims to create reliable, rights-respecting, and financially sustainable pathways for labor mobility, benefiting economies, employers, and workers globally.

📋 Description

• Conduct desk research on labor migration in the long-term care sector • Engage stakeholders and organize workshops • Write outputs to operationalise the Common Competency Framework developed under the MPF-funded B-Care Project • Expand the Common Competency Framework to cover 10 OECD countries, including 5 EU member states • Develop comparability methodology and competence-based assessment design • Conduct desk analysis and semi-structured interviews with key public and private actors in long-term care • Outline, produce, and copyedit one-pagers, presentations, fundraising concept notes, and project reports • Liaise with employers' associations, recruitment professionals, and relevant government agencies in sending and destination countries

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in educational sciences, public policy or related disciplines • Experience in educational measurements and/or comparability assessments • Strong experience developing relationships/partnerships with multi-sectoral audiences • Strong English communication and writing skills • Deep knowledge of the long-term care sector • Proven ability to manage client relationships • Propensity to develop consensus-driven initiatives • Out-of-the-box thinking • Deep knowledge of EU immigration policy, with a focus on labor mobility • Experience in governance design for non-regulated professions • Track record of engaging stakeholders across public and private sectors • Working knowledge of French, Italian and/or Spanish • Based in Europe
