📋 Description

• Teach engaging one-on-one online lessons using Microsoft Teams. • Create a supportive and personalized learning environment that promotes student engagement, confidence, and success. • Assign and provide timely feedback on class performance, homework assignments, and projects. • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate grades and academic records. • Communicate professionally and proactively with students, families, and LanguageBird staff as needed. • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and respect in all interactions. • Participate in required training.

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience teaching Italian (online and/or in a school setting). • Native-like proficiency in Italian. • Bachelor's degree required. • Experience working with middle school and/or high school students preferred. • Familiarity with educational technology and Microsoft Office. • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while meeting deadlines and expectations. • Evening availability in U.S. time zones (PST preferred).
