📋 Description

• Establish and maintain strategic scientific relationships with KOLs, investigators, healthcare professionals, academic institutions, and professional societies • Conduct peer-to-peer scientific exchange on disease states, diagnostic imaging, radiopharmaceuticals, clinical trial data, treatment guidelines, and emerging evidence • Respond to unsolicited scientific and medical information requests with timely, balanced, accurate, evidence-based information • Maintain advanced scientific expertise through education, literature review, congress participation, and training • Gather, document, and communicate actionable medical insights and field intelligence • Identify emerging scientific trends, treatment advances, unmet medical needs, competitive intelligence, healthcare challenges, and evolving standards of care • Inform Medical Affairs strategy, evidence-generation priorities, product lifecycle management, and research initiatives • Represent Medical Affairs at scientific congresses, professional society meetings, and educational conferences • Develop and execute congress engagement plans and facilitate compliant scientific discussions • Collect, analyze, and disseminate scientific updates, competitive intelligence, clinical data, and research findings • Prepare congress summaries and scientific debriefs • Identify investigators and clinical research sites; support feasibility assessments, site engagement, and evidence-generation initiatives • Support investigator-sponsored research, post-marketing studies, real-world evidence, and collaborative research • Deliver scientific and educational presentations to healthcare professionals and internal stakeholders • Support advisory boards, speaker development, educational initiatives, scientific roundtables, and medical education programs • Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Commercial, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, Pharmacovigilance, Health Economics, Professional Promotions, and other partners • Contribute scientific expertise to product launches, lifecycle management, publication planning, evidence generation, and strategic initiatives • Comply with pharmacovigilance procedures, applicable regulations, company policies, and ethical standards • Document scientific interactions, field medical activities, and medical insights using approved systems

🎯 Requirements

• PhD, PharmD, MD, DO, or equivalent advanced scientific or clinical degree required • Minimum of two years of Medical Science Liaison or Medical Affairs experience preferred • Clinical or scientific experience in therapeutics area, nuclear medicine, radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, or diagnostic imaging preferred • Demonstrated understanding of current and emerging trends in therapeutic area, radiopharmaceuticals, precision medicine, and diagnostic imaging • Strong scientific acumen with ability to critically evaluate and communicate complex clinical and scientific information • Proven ability to establish and maintain credible scientific relationships with healthcare professionals and external experts • Demonstrated leadership within cross-functional teams and ability to collaborate across multiple business functions • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills • Highly organized with ability to independently manage multiple priorities • Strong analytical thinking, strategic planning, and problem-solving capabilities • Advanced knowledge of therapeutic area, radiopharmaceuticals, molecular imaging, and precision medicine • Familiarity with key clinical publications, treatment guidelines, and evolving scientific literature • In-depth understanding of clinical trial design, clinical development, and evidence generation • Knowledge of investigator-sponsored research, real-world evidence, and post-marketing research • Understanding of pharmacoeconomic principles and healthcare value evidence • Advanced knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system, reimbursement environment, and medical imaging industry • Experience supporting scientific congresses and advisory boards • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM/documentation platforms • Ability to travel approximately 70% within the assigned geography • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer within the United States
