âą Lead consultative customer conversations with high-touch enterprise accounts, including pharmaceutical companies, biotech, and external consultancies âą Run platform demos tailored to each customer's oncology workflows and competitive questions âą Help customers identify use cases they cannot yet articulate on their own âą Translate customer needs and feedback into actionable input for the AI, product, and engineering teams âą Partner with the Director of AI and Data Science to ensure customer-driven priorities shape product evolution âą Support enterprise account growth and expansion across our product portfolio, including contributing to late-stage deal conversations and solution design. âą Partner with commercial teams on pre-sales and solutioning, helping shape proposals, navigate stakeholder dynamics, and drive deal closure âą Stay current on the oncology landscape: clinical trial activity, regulatory shifts, competitive dynamics, and emerging science
âą Hands-on background in oncology, pharma, or life sciences. This is non-negotiable. âą Prior experience in pharmaceutical competitive intelligence, medical science liaison work, scientific consulting, or oncology-focused SaaS is preferred âą Strong consultative communication skills, with the ability to engage credibly with PhD-level scientists, clinical research teams, and medical affairs professionals âą US-level English proficiency, both written and spoken âą Comfort learning and demonstrating SaaS platforms âą Self-directed, comfortable operating as an independent contractor in a fully remote and globally distributed team âą Experience supporting enterprise account growth and commercial expansion in a complex B2B environment âą Availability during US business hours
