📋 Description

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements under GAAP • Support external audit processes • Perform account reconciliations and intercompany reconciliations • Account for leases under ASC 842 • Manage prepaid expenses • Manage fixed assets, including work-in-process and internally developed software • Work with the tax team on property, sales and use, and other fixed asset tax matters • Help design controls and processes to improve the reliability of the financial close • Evaluate accounting systems and recommend enhancements • Own technical accounting details and identify problems early • Work independently while managing multiple priorities and tight deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• CPA license • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field • 5+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a senior accounting role • Strong working knowledge of GAAP • SEC reporting experience • Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables • Technical accounting expertise and commitment to staying current on new standards • Strong attention to detail in high-volume environments • Excellent written and verbal communication • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines • Experience with multi-entity or consolidated financial reporting • Working knowledge of NetSuite ERP • Experience in both public and private company environments • Familiarity with DOMO business intelligence and AI tools such as Claude Cowork
