LatchBio is a biotech-focused software and AI company that builds a modular, enterprise-grade platform to analyze and operationalize complex biological data and deploy frontier AI agents into real scientific workflows. It produces reproducible, Nextflow-based workflows, scalable compute “pods,” file and metadata registries, and white‑labeled analysis portals for solution providers and biopharma/R&D labs. In parallel, LatchBio develops and publishes verifiable benchmarks that evaluate how modern AI agents perform on real-world biological tasks (single‑cell, spatial, epigenomics, preclinical pharmacology, and pathogen genomic surveillance), and has expanded into biosecurity work through the acquisition of TwentyTwo and the formation of Latch Biosecurity. The company’s customers include instrument vendors, biopharma, and academic research organizations.
