📋 Description

• Own the talent acquisition function and the most critical senior and hard-to-fill searches • Run searches from intake through close • Build pipelines ahead of demand for future requisitions • Develop and maintain the recruiting playbook, including scorecard floors, pre-screen rubrics, and interview design • Lead and support the growth of the Recruiting Ops Manager • Build the reporting layer leadership uses to monitor search status and forecast stalls • Partner with hiring managers as an extension of the talent function • Improve recruiting systems and processes over time • Recruit for affiliate and performance marketing roles aligned with business needs • Use AI-forward recruiting and sourcing tools in daily workflow

🎯 Requirements

• Success hiring for an affiliate/performance marketing business OR experience building performance marketing teams • Intimate knowledge of affiliate or performance marketing, including paid media, yield, CRO, and data science focused on ROAS, margin, EBITDA, or similar business metrics • Full-cycle recruiting experience from first touch to close • Ability to independently manage concurrent searches • Experience recruiting senior and hard-to-fill talent • Ability to build and operate inbound and outbound sourcing engines, including passive candidate sourcing • Experience using sourcing tools and automation • Ability to measure outreach volume and speed and evaluate outreach conversion • Ability to provide clear, concise, and defensible candidate assessments • Experience building sourcing frameworks • Ability to partner effectively with hiring managers • Nice to have: search reporting, scorecards, pre-screen rubrics, interview loops, technical recruiting, or coaching an operations/coordinator teammate
