📋 Description

• Manage publishers and publisher relationships end to end • Own account opportunities, scaling, results, and the margin on the assigned book • Maintain a diversified publisher book and manage partner concentration risk • Monitor partner traffic and address compliance issues proactively • Maintain active, productive publisher relationships • Identify partner scaling and optimization opportunities and act on them • Participate in weekly knowledge-sharing sessions and share successful practices • Learn Launch Potato’s offers, platform, and partner portfolio • Drive incremental margin, with a stated 12-month target of $500,000 • Expand into additional verticals including insurance, personal finance, and the wider partner network

🎯 Requirements

• Four or more years managing publishers in affiliate • Direct publisher or partner management for an advertiser or a network • Personally owned a margin or revenue number • Experience in a regulated vertical: insurance, credit, lending, health, or personal finance • Ability to investigate and resolve compliance-related opportunity blockers • Fluency with performance tracking platforms; Launch Potato uses Tune, IntegriShield, and Lashback • Proactive partner and campaign optimization • Nice to have: depth of relationship in insurance specifically • Nice to have: more than one regulated vertical • Nice to have: experience across both direct publisher relationships and network distribution • Must be located in a US state where Launch Potato is registered to do business
