📋 Description

• Own the full talent acquisition function and highest-priority searches • Lead senior and hard-to-fill searches from intake through close • Build talent pipelines ahead of demand • Create and maintain the recruiting playbook, including scorecard floors, pre-screen rubrics, and interview design • Provide direction and growth for the Recruiting Ops Manager • Build reporting for leadership to monitor search status and forecast stalls • Partner with hiring managers as an extension of the talent function • Improve recruiting systems and processes over time • Recruit for affiliate and performance marketing roles across paid media, yield, CRO, data science, and technical functions • Help ensure difficult searches close faster and panels make faster decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Success hiring for an affiliate/performance marketing business OR building performance marketing teams • Intimate knowledge of affiliate or performance marketing businesses, including paid media, yield, CRO, and data science focused on business metrics • Full-cycle recruiting experience from first touch to close across concurrent searches • Ability to recruit senior and hard-to-fill talent • Ability to independently run searches and provide clear, concise assessments to senior leaders • Self-built inbound and outbound sourcing engine, including passive candidates • Experience with sourcing tools and automation • Ability to measure outreach volume and speed on hard searches • Ability to acknowledge uncertainty or incorrect assessments and investigate further • ET working hours • Leadership or coaching experience for a Recruiting Ops Manager or coordinator is listed as a nice-to-have
