📋 Description

• Drive high-stakes litigation from intake to final decree/judgment, including contested divorces, complex SAPCR cases, and protective orders • Lead probate litigation matters including contested guardianships, will contests, trust disputes, and breaches of fiduciary duty • Draft comprehensive estate plans • Conduct First-Chair trials, hearings, mediations, and depositions in Texas surrounding counties • Develop sophisticated litigation tactics and negotiation strategies • Provide results-driven, compassionate client representation • Handle a diverse caseload across all firm office locations as needed • Supervise assigned paralegals and support staff • Ensure precision in pleadings, discovery, and document drafting

🎯 Requirements

• Active membership in the Texas State Bar • Minimum 2 years licensed • 5+ years of dedicated experience in Estate Planning, Probate, and Guardianship litigation • Proven record of success in the courtroom • Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills • Ability to remain empathetic in highly emotional situations • Proficient in Clio, TxDoc, Google Suite, and modern e-filing systems • Valid driver’s license • Ability to travel between firm office locations • Bilingual English/Spanish considered a strong plus
