📋 Description
• Manage assigned litigation caseload under attorney supervision • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence • Coordinate filings, service of process, and court deadlines • Prepare deposition summaries, chronologies, and litigation materials • Organize and manage discovery production • Support trial preparation, exhibits, and hearing materials • Communicate with attorneys, experts, opposing counsel, and court personnel • Maintain accurate and timely case documentation
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience preferred • Plaintiff personal injury experience strongly preferred • Strong drafting, organization, and follow-through skills • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience with case management systems preferred • Professional communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
