📋 Description
• Assisting the firm’s attorneys in managing a high volume of litigation matters • Drafting pleadings, legal memoranda, settlement agreements, etc. • Communication with clients and opposing counsel • Research with regard to simple and complex legal matters • Administrative responsibilities such as client intake, organizing, and record keeping
🎯 Requirements
• Detail-oriented legal professional with 1.5+ years of practical civil litigation experience specializing in end-to-end case management and drafting • Exceptional legal writing skills • Possess superior organizational and time-management skills • Must be computer literate: Ability to easily learn the Firm’s case management software • Highest ethical standards and professional integrity • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and outside parties • Prior experience with Salesforce is a plus • Paralegal Certification is a plus
