📋 Description

• Manages and monitors the Dispute Defense team in order to uphold our excellent client service. • Works with our clients to help them dispute chargebacks. • Performs collections when our customer loses a chargeback case. • Ensure all chargeback responses are submitted within industry timeframes. • Manage workload of the team. • Reporting on win percentages. • Helps the team monitor chargeback ratios and manage chargeback reduction plans. • Collaborative work with our processing partners on vision and process alignment. • Focus on evolving processes and eliminating manual workflows.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required. • “Can-do” attitude that is always willing to go above and beyond their everyday tasks. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Ability to excel in a collaborative, team environment. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Office Suite of tools (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, Docs). • AI forward in automating process work flows. • Strong background and understanding of the chargeback process and industry regulations. • Experience in managing a high functioning team. • Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies to improve workflows, enhance decision-making, or drive innovation.
