📋 Description

• Manage and lead an active caseload of state and federal plaintiff's-side wage-and-hour, class, and representative action litigation • Provide guidance and oversight to associate attorneys • Develop case strategy • Conduct and respond to complex discovery • Take and defend depositions • Draft and argue dispositive and class certification motions • Lead settlement negotiations • Appear in court for hearings and trial • Mentor junior attorneys on litigation best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Must be licensed to practice law in Minnesota, or already licensed in another U.S. jurisdiction and pending admission to Minnesota • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in civil litigation • Experience with discovery in the civil litigation context • Oral advocacy and appearing in Court • Motion practice • Taking and defending depositions • Prior experience with class actions, complex litigation, and wage and hour litigation is a plus • Ability to travel on occasion
