• Seeking an individual to work in our Mental Health Skill-building (MHSS), Intensive In Home (IIH) program and/or Crisis Programs. • Maintaining a caseload of 4 clients from either program • Development and implementation of individualized service plans with on-going documentation of progress • Linking individuals to community resources as needed • Case coordination with agencies • Training individuals on daily living skills • Completing supervision with clinician as well as attending staff meetings and trainings. • Complete and submit daily progress notes. • Provide individual and family therapeutic sessions and interventions as outlined in the individualized service plan. • Provide on-call crisis intervention services to IIH clients as necessary. • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with other community agency professionals.
• Must have at least a bachelor’s degree in the human services field • At least one year of clinical experience working with children • Registered as QMHP or QMHP Trainee through the VA Board of Counseling • A minimum of one year working with adults/children with severe diagnosis • Possess a valid Virginia driver’s license • Successful CPS and Background check clearance • Verification of pre-employment physical with results from TB screening • Certification of CPR, First Aid, and agency approved behavior management techniques within the first month of employment and maintained thereafter.
