📋 Description

• Manage multiple projects and customers simultaneously, delivering implementations on time, on budget, and in scope • Lead the full implementation lifecycle, including consultation, requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, and data migration • Configure Sage Intacct solutions using advanced modules, customer business processes, and industry best practices • Build and manage implementation project plans • Design industry-specific KPIs, reports, and dashboards • Coach and mentor less experienced implementation resources and Solution Architects • Train customer end-users at every organizational level • Respond to customer technical support issues and serve as an escalation point for project issues • Contribute deployment best practices to Leaf's knowledge repository • Deliver prompt, concise, and friendly communication aligned with customer goals

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience consulting on and implementing Sage Intacct • End-to-end consulting experience through a process-based software delivery lifecycle • Track record of on-time, on-budget delivery and strong customer satisfaction • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including a clear speaking voice • Strong customer orientation and ability to influence stakeholders at every level, including executive leadership • Inventive problem-solving ability and advanced business analytics skills • Ability to multitask across projects and customers, work independently and as part of a team, and perform under pressure • Experience assessing client requirements across accounting, inventory, order entry, purchasing, and project management processes • Bachelor's degree or greater, preferably in accounting, business, or MIS • Occasional travel required, approximately 25% • CPA, accounting degree, or working knowledge of accounting and finance principles is a plus • Programming/coding experience is a nice-to-have • Advanced Excel proficiency, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and macros, is a nice-to-have • Prior experience implementing or using Sage Intacct is a differentiator
