📋 Description
• Maintain working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) to ensure compliance • Oversee and support the Accounting team day-to-day operations • Perform and/or review bank transactions, journal entries and account reconciliations and analyses • Manage the month-end close and the General Ledger • Collaborate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or business required; CPA earned or CPA candidate • 8+ years’ experience in accounting • Proficiency with Accounting software, especially Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains would be a plus • Advanced ability with MS Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP
