📋 Description

• Coordinate with the Primary Clinical Supervisor regarding all clinical aspects of treatment for the patients you oversee • Assess and analyze patient’s skills and challenging behaviors • Develop treatment plans and oversee implementation • Collaborate with and train patient’s caregivers • Direct behavior technicians in the implementation of new or revised treatment protocols • Monitor treatment protocols to ensure satisfactory implementation • Communicate treatment responses to treatment stakeholders • Update treatment plans at least once per month

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Psychology, Behavior Analysis, or related field • BCaBA certification • 2+ years of experience providing Applied Behavior Analysis treatment to children with ASD • Complete 8-hour Supervision Training in compliance with BACB Supervision standards • Completed initial post-BCaBA certification 1,000 hours, preferred • English proficiency, both verbal and written • Ability to travel by automobile, plane, or other means regularly to local centers, patient homes and intermittent trainings • Reliable means of transportation with proof of auto insurance when necessary • Must pass tuberculosis test
