📋 Description

• Facilitate leave of absence programs and ADA accommodation requests • Manage the day-to-day administration of employee leaves, including FMLA, ADA, parental, medical, military, and personal leaves. • Ensure timely, compliant and accurate handling of all leave requests in accordance with all legal requirements and company policies. • Work with leave of absence vendor to identify issues and errors within leave process and/or on specific leave claims. • Track leave timelines and documentation, including certifications, recertifications, and return to-work coordination; update employee leave status in UKG. • Partner with HR field team, WorkComp, Benefits, and other stakeholders on leave and accommodation cases. • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions and provide exceptional service throughout the leave journey. • Respond to accommodation inquiries; coordinate requests for reasonable modifications; educate and interact with all staff on ADA requirements and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred • 2+ years of HR or leave administration related experience • Federal, state, and local employment laws knowledge; UKG software experience, preferred
