📋 Description

• Support students in Algebra 1 and Algebra 2 through personalized 1-to-1 online tutoring • Teach related math subjects from 6th grade through college level as needed • Deliver flexible remote tutoring sessions aligned with students' needs • Support students across the United States • Provide clear annotations using online tutoring tools as appropriate • Maintain ongoing communication throughout the onboarding and activation waiting period

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Minimum 3 years of professional teaching or tutoring experience • At least 1 year of relevant U.S. teaching or tutoring experience • Must have taught or tutored within the past 2 years • At least 1 year of online tutoring experience • Strong understanding of the U.S. curriculum and grading standards • Ability to tutor Algebra 1 and Algebra 2, with broader math support from 6th grade through college level • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Availability during peak hours Monday through Thursday, 3 to 10 PM ET can connect with more students • Broader weekday and weekend availability is a plus • Fast and reliable internet connection • Computer or laptop with microphone and camera • Stylus pen highly recommended for clear annotations • Quiet and professional environment • Direct, professional teaching or tutoring experience with students required; TA experience, peer tutoring, grader roles, SI positions, or lab assistant-only experience do not meet the requirements • Contracts signed August 1–August 15 have estimated onboarding beginning September 1 • Contracts signed August 15–September 15 have estimated onboarding beginning September 15
