📋 Description

• Build unbreakable daily connections that keep students motivated, seen, and soaring, turning potential drop-offs into breakthroughs through caring, proactive outreach. • Deliver daily, targeted English Language Development (ELD) instruction that is aligned to each student’s proficiency level, ensuring every lesson is intentional, rigorous, and directly tied to measurable language growth. • Analyze student data across reading, writing, listening, and speaking domains to identify gaps, adjust instruction in real time, and proactively intervene before students fall behind. • Monitor engagement and progress with eagle-eyed attention; spot struggling or disengaged students early and launch timely, personalized interventions that reignite momentum. • Deliver timely grading and powerful, meaningful feedback that reinforces learning, celebrates growth, builds self-efficacy, and equips students to conquer challenges with confidence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in EL (required) • Valid teaching license with Multilingual Learner (CLD/EL or equivalent) endorsement (required) • Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as may be assigned (required) • 2+ years experience teaching English Learners in a K-12 setting online or in-person (required) • 2+ years online teaching experience (preferred) • Ability to pass required background checks (required).
