📋 Description

• Build daily connections with students through proactive outreach • Guide learners through the assigned curriculum and reinforce key concepts • Monitor student engagement and academic progress • Identify struggling or disengaged students and provide personalized interventions • Grade work promptly and provide meaningful feedback • Maintain precise records of student progress and interventions • Communicate with students and families via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email • Collaborate with peers and leaders to support student success • Participate in professional development, meetings, and training • Teach within the assigned curriculum, pacing, and provided resources • Lead live sessions when called upon • Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field (required) • Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program (required) • Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other assigned states (required) • Ability to pass required background checks (required) • Proven content knowledge and prior educational success with students from a variety of backgrounds • Strong interpersonal, organizational, time-management, and attention-to-detail skills • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, learning management systems, and task tools such as Asana • Ability to work independently and collaborate with remote teams • Willingness and ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring • Private, professional, distraction-free remote workspace with reliable high-speed internet • Fixed availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, year-round • At least 40 hours per week with uninterrupted focus during scheduled hours • No concurrent work during scheduled hours; outside employment requires advance written approval • Ability to pass required background checks
