📋 Description

• Build daily connections with students through caring, proactive outreach • Guide learners through the assigned curriculum and reinforce key concepts • Monitor engagement and academic progress; identify struggling or disengaged students and provide timely personalized interventions • Deliver prompt grading and meaningful feedback that reinforces learning and builds self-efficacy • Communicate consistently with students and families via phone, text, chat, Zoom, and email • Maintain precise records of student progress and interventions • Collaborate with peers and leaders to amplify student success • Participate in professional development, meetings, and training • Teach within the assigned curriculum, pacing, and provided resources • Lead live sessions when called upon • Support proctoring during testing windows, including occasional travel • Perform other duties as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or related field (required) • Teacher certification and an approved teacher preparation program (required) • Ability to obtain certifications in Arizona, Colorado, Washington, and other states as may be assigned (required) • Ability to pass required background checks (required) • Proven content knowledge and prior educational success with students from a variety of backgrounds • Strong interpersonal, rapport-building, communication, organizational, time-management, and prioritization skills • Extreme ownership, self-motivation, discipline, accountability, and independent work capability • Proficiency with Mac OS, Google Workspace, learning management systems, and task tools such as Asana • Willingness and ability to travel to assigned testing locations for proctoring • Reliable high-speed internet and a private, professional, distraction-free remote workspace • Fixed availability from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Mountain Time, year-round • Full-time availability of at least 40 hours per week with uninterrupted focus during scheduled hours • No concurrent work during scheduled hours; outside employment must not interfere and requires prior written approval
