📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for clients • Handle general financial tasks for client accounts • Answer client questions and find solutions to problems • Review finance information from all sections of clients' companies • Learn eCommerce and inventory accounting • Work with the sales tax team to provide the best financial picture to eCommerce clients • Explain financial concepts and accounting details to clients • Analyze financial data to create accurate monthly and annual reports • Maintain financial records • Participate in audits or reconciliations as needed • Manage and train assigned specialists • Communicate with clients and coworkers through virtual teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance • 5+ years of accounting experience • Ability to analyze and understand financial statements • Ability and confidence to communicate accurate accounting details to clients and coworkers • 25+ hours per week availability • 3–4 hours of availability during normal business hours for meetings and client communication • Ability to manage time effectively • Self-starter able to work independently • Ability to communicate effectively across virtual teams • Experience with QuickBooks, small business accounting, or eCommerce business preferred but not required • Experience as a controller, CPA certification, or CMA certification would be a plus
