📋 Description

• Conduct virtual consultations with patients to assess their medical history, symptoms, and overall health • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic health conditions through telehealth services • Prescribe medications and provide treatment plans for patients as needed • Collaborate with chiropractors and other healthcare providers to develop and implement integrated care plans • Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices and preventive care measures • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic health record system • Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to telehealth services • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on best practices and telehealth technology advancements

🎯 Requirements

• Current Nurse Practitioner license in the state of New York • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in a primary care or telehealth setting • Strong understanding of telehealth technology and its application in healthcare • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a virtual environment • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care • Familiarity with electronic health record systems • Availability to work part-time, including some evenings and weekends as needed
