📋 Description

• Design and format public notice advertisements using Adobe InDesign • Convert customer-submitted content into clean, accurate, publication-ready ads • Follow media partner specifications, templates, sizing requirements, and formatting standards • Review ads for content accuracy, layout, spacing, dimensions, and presentation • Complete revisions and corrections quickly when needed • Manage multiple ads and priorities based on publication schedules and deadlines • Partner with Customer Support team members to resolve questions and obtain missing information • Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple media partners and publications • Follow established production workflows and quality-control procedures • Meet daily production deadlines while maintaining high quality • Support public notice publishing for media partners across the country

🎯 Requirements

• Experience using Adobe InDesign is required • Strong knowledge of page layout, typography, spacing, and print production • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy • Strong proofreading and quality-control skills • Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to manage multiple assignments and changing priorities • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a larger team • Candidates must reside in Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, North Carolina, Ohio, Texas, or Wisconsin • Candidates must be available Tuesday–Friday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM CST
