📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive psycho-educational evaluation, counseling, consultation, and behavioral support services through secure, compliant digital platforms • Administer, score, and interpret cognitive, behavioral, and social-emotional assessments using approved tele-assessment tools and virtual observation protocols • Lead virtual multidisciplinary evaluation team meetings to determine special education eligibility and develop data-driven recommendations • Prepare electronic evaluation reports integrating multiple data sources and complying with state and federal timelines • Conduct virtual observations, functional behavioral assessments, and environmental analyses • Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to design academic and behavioral interventions • Facilitate virtual IEP and MTSS meetings and guide data-based decision making • Provide virtual professional learning on mental health, behavioral supports, and RTI/MTSS processes • Consult with campus leadership during crises and threat assessment processes • Assist with safety plans and post-crisis intervention strategies with on-site teams • Deliver virtual individual and group counseling and social-emotional support aligned with IEP and Section 504 plans • Implement behavior intervention plans and support progress monitoring in digital learning environments • Provide remote crisis intervention and assist with post-incident recovery planning • Maintain confidential electronic counseling notes, progress documentation, evaluation reports, and IEP documentation • Ensure compliance with IDEA, FERPA, HIPAA, state regulations, and professional standards • Uphold professional boundaries and strict confidentiality in remote interactions • Participate in ongoing professional development and perform additional duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in Education, School Psychology, or relevant field • Valid state-specific certification or credential authorizing service as a School Psychologist in the state(s) where services are provided • Must reside in AZ, NV, TX or SC • Required to pass a criminal history background check • Experience conducting psycho-educational evaluations (preferred) • Knowledge of IDEA and K-8 programming for special education (preferred) • Educational Specialist degree or higher (preferred) • Maintain active licensure in the state(s) in which services are provided • Current knowledge of tele-practice standards, ethical guidelines, and evolving virtual assessment practices • Ability to work from a home office equipped with secure internet, webcam, and compliant tele-practice technology • Ability to sit for extended periods, view digital materials, and engage professionally via video conferencing
