📋 Description

• Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy, evaluations, consultation, and assistive technology support through secure, compliant teletherapy platforms • Administer, score, and interpret comprehensive speech-language assessments using approved tele-assessment tools and virtual observation protocols • Participate in virtual multidisciplinary evaluation team meetings and contribute eligibility data and service recommendations • Prepare electronic evaluation reports integrating assessment results, clinical observations, and teacher/parent input • Provide evidence-based therapy aligned with IEP goals through individual and small-group teletherapy sessions • Develop virtual lesson plans using curriculum-based materials, multimedia tools, and interactive digital resources • Implement tiered interventions within MTSS frameworks, including virtual small groups, social skills groups, language enrichment, and lunch bunch interventions • Collect and analyze progress-monitoring data and adjust interventions • Collaborate remotely with educators, families, and special education teams • Recommend classroom accommodations, modifications, and communication-related assistive technologies, including AAC systems • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants when assigned • Maintain secure electronic documentation, progress reports, session notes, and IEP records • Adhere to IDEA, FERPA, HIPAA, ASHA standards, and applicable state-specific regulations • Maintain confidentiality and ethical standards in remote interactions and digital platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree or higher in the field • ADHS license and ADE PreK–12 SLP Certification • Valid state-specific professional license, if required, authorizing practice within educational and/or clinical settings • Must reside in AZ, NV, TX, or SC • Must pass a criminal history background check • Active state-specific licensure • Required continuing education, including competencies relevant to tele-practice service delivery • Ability to sit for extended periods and operate computer-based therapy tools • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence – SLP preferred • Experience as a Speech Language Pathologist preferred
