📋 Description

• Develop paid-creative strategies, concepts, hooks, and visual directions for Meta, TikTok, and other growth channels • Design ad variants, creator briefs, landing pages, and website experiences connecting acquisition promises to the patient journey • Improve Legion Health’s visual brand across growth surfaces, including typography, layout, imagery, color, hierarchy, and trust signals • Map and simplify key website journeys to help patients understand Legion, decide whether it is right for them, and convert • Turn campaign performance, user feedback, and growth priorities into design hypotheses and experiments • Build reusable templates, components, and lightweight brand guidance • Deliver implementation-ready work in Figma and, when useful, Framer or Webflow • Collaborate with web and engineering partners through launch and iteration • Use AI tools throughout concepting, prototyping, production, and iteration • Partner with Consumer Growth, paid media, SEO, web implementation, and Legion’s founders

🎯 Requirements

• Strong portfolio including beautiful homepages or landing pages, intuitive web flows, and brand or growth creative • Exceptional visual craft across typography, layout, hierarchy, imagery, and brand systems, paired with sound UX judgment • Experience turning audience insight or growth brief into multiple creative concepts and testable variants • Fluency in Figma • Experience with Framer, Webflow, motion, creator or UGC briefs, or direct-response creative is helpful • Comfort using qualitative feedback and quantitative performance data to improve work • Demonstrated use of AI-native creative and design tools to improve speed, range, or quality of real work • Clear writing, low ego, high ownership, and strong asynchronous collaboration • Experience in health care or another trust-sensitive consumer category is helpful • Reliable overlap with Pacific Time business hours • Ability to work approximately 15–25 hours per week • Independent-contractor status
