📋 Description

• Analyze, assess, and/or classify certification applicants using open-source intelligence, proprietary tools, industry best practices, and contextual data • Understand and utilize tools and resources required for regular program tasks • Make quick, accurate analytical decisions based on sometimes ambiguous information • Summarize analysis findings in clear, concise written reports • Submit reports according to program reporting standards and strict deadlines • Escalate questions to appropriate colleagues using sound judgment • Assist with projects and other assigned tasks • Maintain program documentation as directed by Senior Analysts and the Manager • Conduct online background investigations of applicants • Review website content for problematic products and policies • Conduct compliance reviews to determine applicants’ eligibility for LegitScript certification • Communicate with clients via email, phone, or video conference as needed, in coordination with the Manager • Monitor billing and payment status and escalate internally when appropriate
