📋 Description

• Work across the whole stack, selecting the appropriate layer to solve problems • Design reusable patterns and abstractions that make future product development more efficient • Identify and resolve engineering root causes behind recurring problems, manual workarounds, and support load • Monitor production health and investigate incidents to root cause • Contribute to deployment pipelines and CI/CD • Use AI and automation to reduce team cycle time while maintaining quality, safety, and trust • Own outcomes end to end from decision through release and iteration • Surface trade-offs and make informed engineering decisions • Collaborate across product, support, and non-technical stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Genuine full-stack generalist comfortable working across the whole stack • Ability to select the appropriate layer to solve a problem • Ability to design reusable patterns and abstractions • Systems and pattern-oriented thinking • Ability to identify and resolve root causes rather than symptoms • Ownership of outcomes, sound judgment, and decision-making with incomplete information • Fluent use of AI in day-to-day work • Strong communication skills across product, support, and non-technical stakeholders • Willingness to work across areas rather than specialize narrowly • Ability to make trade-offs explicit and escalate unrealistic deadlines appropriately
