📋 Description

• Review and analyze patient records for accuracy and completeness • Enter and update patient information into electronic health record systems • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations related to health information management • Maintain confidentiality and security of patient records • Collaborate with healthcare providers on accurate and timely record-keeping • Assist with audits and quality assurance processes • Provide support and training to staff on proper record-keeping procedures • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices in health information management

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management or related field • At least 2 years of experience in health information management or medical records • Proficiency in electronic health record systems • Strong attention to detail and accuracy • Excellent organizational and time-management skills • Ability to work independently and remotely • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and other relevant laws and regulations
