📋 Description
• Support the Sentinel Task Order and Enterprise Operations Framework Product Team on a part-time basis • Collaborate with the Power Platform Architect and developers on competing design decisions across Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse • Build working prototypes and proof-of-concept solutions • Build or modify Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and Dataverse components to investigate complex technical issues • Review architectural approaches and provide senior technical input aligned with EOF standards and reusability goals • Provide hands-on implementation guidance for Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI • Evaluate federated development innovations through technical testing and recommend successful approaches for the core EOF component library • Advise on and help implement governance practices, including environment strategy, DLP policies, managed environments, and ALM/pipeline practices • Partner with the Cybersecurity/M365 Engineer on security baselines and CUI handling requirements • Mentor Power Platform Developers and provide direct technical support • Participate in design reviews and lessons-learned sessions • Troubleshoot complex technical issues beyond developer-level scope • Contribute to technical governance documentation, developer standards, and citizen-development guidelines
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with 6 or more years of Power Platform development and/or architecture experience, or 10 or more years of directly related experience in lieu of a degree • Hands-on experience building and architecting Power Apps, including canvas and model-driven apps • Hands-on experience building Power Automate flows and Dataverse solutions • Strong knowledge of Power Platform governance, including environment strategy, DLP policies, managed environments, and ALM/solution pipeline practices • Experience evaluating technical trade-offs across multiple concurrent Power Platform implementations or teams • Working knowledge of Power BI architecture and reporting/dataset design • Understanding of SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365 integration points • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance or suitability determination as required by contract • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including mentoring developers • Must be a U.S. citizen or otherwise eligible per contract requirements • Preferred: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) • Preferred: Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence or governance functions • Preferred: Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub ALM tooling • Preferred: Shared services or enterprise platform team experience • Preferred: ServiceNow or similar enterprise ITSM integration experience • Preferred: Federal or government contracting experience and CUI handling familiarity • Preferred: Working knowledge of JavaScript, C#, or Power Fx
