📋 Description

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog using Jira and/or Azure DevOps • Write actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria • Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap for proactive network management • Partner with solution architects, software developers, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements • Facilitate requirements-gathering sessions with internal operations teams and DoD customers • Serve as liaison between business stakeholders and development teams • Conduct stakeholder reviews and demos • Manage competing priorities and make data-driven feature-prioritization decisions • Participate in Agile Release Train and Program Increment planning activities • Support SAFe ceremonies, including PI planning, system demos, and inspect-and-adapt workshops • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Collaborate on cross-team dependency planning and resolution • Drive continuous-improvement initiatives using Splunk dashboards, alerting optimization, and data analytics • Support AI and ML solutions for operational improvements • Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve operational efficiency • Champion proactive monitoring and predictive analytics solutions • Ensure delivery of technology solutions that create measurable business and operational value • Ensure product decisions and implementations comply with DoD security requirements and organizational policies • Maintain active Secret security clearance and handle classified information according to established protocols

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Business, Information Systems) • 8+ years of combined experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role with Agile teams • Experience managing work in Azure DevOps or Jira • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) • Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate processes and identify areas for improvement • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills • U.S. Citizenship • Ability to obtain/maintain a DoD security clearance • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent Agile certification preferred • Experience working in or supporting government or defense sector clients preferred • Green Belt or Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma preferred
