📋 Description

• Perform full-lifecycle software engineering functions on the ServiceNow platform. • Work independently to achieve day-to-day objectives. • Develop technical solutions requiring collaboration with internal experts. • Configure, customize, and maintain core IT Service Management modules. • Maintain CMDB health and accuracy. • Support implementation and roadmap of advanced platform features. • Communicate effectively with internal and client project team members. • Collaborate with a diverse workforce within a matrix environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience. • U.S. Citizenship is required. • Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or have the ability to obtain one prior to employment. • Must possess an active CompTIA Security+ certification or obtain one within the first 30 days of employment. • Hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow platform. • Strong understanding of UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer. • Demonstrated experience implementing and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM applications. • Experience working within an Agile/Scrum development environment.
