📋 Description

• Work directly with clients to understand vacation needs, preferences, and budgets • Research and book cruises, resorts, vacation packages, hotels, tours, and other travel services • Provide accurate destination, travel option, pricing, availability, supplier policy, and reservation requirement information • Maintain professional communication throughout the client experience • Manage reservations and monitor booking and payment deadlines • Maintain organized client records • Follow up with clients before and after travel • Develop new client relationships and follow up with prospective travelers • Generate referrals and encourage repeat bookings • Grow the client base through sales and business development • Market travel services through relationships, referrals, networking, social media, and approved methods • Access and use approved travel supplier systems • Participate in training and develop knowledge of destinations, suppliers, reservation systems, sales, marketing, and client service • Conduct client communication, travel research, marketing, prospecting, follow-up, reservation management, and supplier education

🎯 Requirements

• No previous travel industry experience required • Approximately 15 hours per week commitment • Reliable internet • Basic computer skills • Willingness to learn sales, marketing, travel reservations, and client relationship management • Ability to communicate well with clients • Comfortable working independently • Coachable and willing to apply learned material • Willingness to market travel services through personal relationships, referrals, networking, social media, and approved marketing methods • Willingness to complete professional training and consistently follow up • Previous experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, marketing, social media, or travel is helpful but not required
