📋 Description
• Travel across the USA and Canada 3 to 5 days every few weeks, establishing on-the-ground presence in new cities. • Develop and execute comprehensive user acquisition strategies tailored to Ghanaian ex-pat communities in the US and Canada. • Lead community-driven initiatives to build trust, awareness and advocacy for LemFi. • Identify, negotiate and manage partnerships with relevant organizations and businesses to accelerate user growth. • Conduct ongoing market research to understand user needs, behaviours and preferences.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in fast-paced environments with a background in growth, sales, marketing or similar. • Deep understanding of the Ghanaian community in the United States and Canada. • Proven ability to work against targets and deliver measurable results. • Strong data-driven mindset. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with diverse stakeholders. • Entrepreneurial and tenacious. • Self-motivated and effective working independently and in remote environments.
