📋 Description
• Own product roadmap and strategy • Balance customer-driven features and technical debt reduction • Run regular roadmap reviews with leadership • Identify where AI and automation can improve product value • Partner with internal mortgage solutions experts • Act as connective tissue between engineering and product decisions • Stay involved in product execution and define success metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 10+ years in product management • People leadership experience • Track record of owning a product roadmap • Driving products from concept through deployment • Experience leading product strategy for established products • Experience with legacy systems, technical debt, or complex integrations • Partnering closely with Engineering on scoping, timelines, and trade offs • Strong prioritization instincts • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable in a fast-moving, evolving company
