📋 Description
• Lead and coordinate strategic operational initiatives focused on process improvement, workflow optimization, technology enablement, and AI integration across the MSIM Private Credit & Equity division.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in project management, business operations, strategic initiatives, data analytics, or technology/process optimization within private equity, private credit, investment banking, consulting, or financial services. • Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional initiatives, including project planning, stakeholder management, execution tracking, issue/risk management, and process improvement. • Experience working with large datasets, operational reporting, workflow redesign, and business systems optimization. • Preferred experience with DealCloud CRM, eFront, Cobalt, and AI Agent builds. • Familiarity with workflow automation, AI-enabled tools, and enterprise data/process management solutions is a plus.
