📋 Description

• Support and maintain weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reporting • Support and maintain reports and dashboards • Present and provide updates across teams and to executive stakeholders • Analyze actual performance versus plans and explain underlying variances • Interface with teams on attainment, tracks, and pipeline topics • Own and manage multiple BI initiatives and projects on ongoing and ad hoc bases • Analyze big data and create recommendations for Sales Operations teams, Finance, and management • Evolve forecasting models, analyze historical results, and make business recommendations • Develop, implement, and manage business processes, systems, reports, and strategies with the management team to meet organizational goals and initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 10 years of experience in Sales Operations, providing analytical reporting and business insights • 10 years of experience developing and optimizing business management systems, processes, and tools • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations at a global organization (preferred) • 10+ years of experience working with MS Dynamics and modern CRM applications (preferred) • Ability to work with multiple data sources and produce concise reports • Experience with slide decks, O365, and Excel • Experience delivering thought leadership and executing strategic initiatives and plans • Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau • Project management, organizational, and analytical skills • Ability to partner with peers, senior management, and other functional groups • Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment and balance competing priorities • Clear and tactful communication with management and peers • Verbal and written communication skills • Strong presentation skills
