📋 Description

• Build and maintain qualified talent pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs • Proactively source, identify, and engage talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other creative channels • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers and understand their teams, roles, technical requirements, and business priorities • Translate talent needs into effective sourcing strategies with hiring managers • Conduct talent mapping and market research to identify relevant talent pools and competitive insights • Build relationships with prospective candidates and maintain engagement beyond immediate openings • Partner with recruiters to deliver qualified, well-aligned candidates for active searches • Maintain accurate candidate information, sourcing activity, and pipeline data in the ATS • Share regular updates on pipeline health, market insights, and sourcing progress

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of recruiting or talent sourcing experience • Demonstrated success building proactive talent pipelines, particularly for specialized or hard-to-fill roles • Strong experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems • Ability to quickly understand technical roles, team structures, and hiring priorities • Strong relationship-building and hiring manager partnership skills • Excellent communication and candidate engagement abilities • Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities • A curious, resourceful, and collaborative approach to recruiting • Must be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State under ITAR
