📋 Description

• Teach AINTD 2008 - Lives in Context course to adult learners • Prepare adult learners for academic and professional success • Assist students in defining personal and professional goals • Expose students to library resources for research and writing • Focus on students’ personal experiences within contemporary society

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Adult Education, Higher Education, Liberal Studies, or a closely related field (required) • PhD or terminal degree (preferred) • Experience teaching at the college level, particularly with adult, transfer, or nontraditional students • Demonstrated understanding of adult learning theory and student success practices • Experience facilitating reflective writing, discussion-based learning, and academic skill development • Experience using learning management systems and instructional technology to support teaching and learning • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
