📋 Description

• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment • Independently resolve intermediate HVAC service issues, needs, and problems • Complete projects and assigned tasks in a timely manner • Create positive customer experiences during customer interactions • Identify and complete additional tasks required to complete service calls • Maintain inventory on the service vehicle • Attend service and safety meetings • Drive to multiple service locations each day • Schedule maintenance and repairs for the company service vehicle, including routine maintenance, repairs, and keeping it clean and organized • Assist other Service Technicians with questions and troubleshooting • Complete forms required for processing warranty parts • Perform other duties as assigned • Perform routine HVAC maintenance and service, installation, troubleshooting, and repairs for residential, commercial, and light industrial applications • Install new HVAC system components, parts, and equipment to facilitate proper repairs • Perform miscellaneous home repairs as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 3 years of previous HVAC experience • Valid state Driver’s License and auto insurance • Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle • Ability to climb ladders and enter/exit attic and roof spaces • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and 75+ lbs with assistance
