📋 Description

• Troubleshoot heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment • Perform routine HVAC maintenance and service • Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems and components • Complete miscellaneous home repairs as assigned • Resolve intermediate HVAC service issues independently • Complete projects and assigned tasks in a timely manner • Create positive customer experiences during customer interactions • Identify and complete additional tasks required to finish service calls • Maintain inventory on the service vehicle • Attend service and safety meetings • Drive to multiple service locations each day • Schedule and maintain routine maintenance and repairs for the company service vehicle • Assist other Service Technicians with questions and troubleshooting • Complete forms required for warranty parts processing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent • Minimum of 4 years of previous HVAC experience • Valid state driver's license and auto insurance • Must pass an MVR check to drive a company vehicle • Ability to climb ladders and enter/exit attic and roof spaces • Ability to lift, push, and pull 50 lbs regularly; up to 75 lbs occasionally; and 75+ lbs with assistance • Intermediate to advanced troubleshooting skills for heating, cooling, and indoor air quality equipment • Ability to work independently on intermediate HVAC service issues
